
OUR STORY
Jeff started barbecuing and making jerky 30 years ago as a way to keep good healthy food with him while he was on patrol. As time went on, more and more friends started asking for jerky, and for barbecue to bring to events and gatherings. Jeff and Renee decided to put their requested food prep skills to work and form an official business. After several years and lots of research, “The Roadside Smokehouse” Mobile Kitchen is now open for business.
